Tai O village – old authentic fishing village in Hong Kong
Usually i come here with my tourists after visit Big Buddha and PoLin monastery.
We arrive from Ngong Ping village to Tai O by taxi (15 min ride).
First take 25 min boat tour to have a chance to see pink Chinese dolphins.
Then discover the village: shops, souvenirs, local food, as well as houses and everyday life of local residents
My tourists, who love luxury shopping malls wants to escape from Tai O village ASAP. Some others enjoy – at least nice sea water during boat trip.
