Speed boat tour in Hong Kong to wild islands, caves Stand up paddle boards
We explored caves on SUP boards. June 13, 2026.
At 11:00 a.m., we bought groceries (salads, drinks) at K11 Market Place.
Me and my two tourists start our journey from Rosewood Hong Kong hotel to Sai Kung Public pier by Uber XL.
At 12:00, we boarded a boat (booked for 6 hours) and set off to explore the remote, wild islands of Hong Kong.

We flew 8 km in 24 minutes (speed 20 knots = 37 km/h) to
North Ninepin Island 北果洲

I pumped up the SAP boards and sailed around the island, about 6 km.

Here is the first cool cave!

The underwater world in Hong Kong is also beautiful! They had masks with tubes and DJI Osmo action 4.

Then we boarded a boat to the South Ninepin Island 南果洲

We ate fruits, salads, and sandwiches.
Here I went to the unbeatable photo spot. HEXAGONAL VOLCANIC ROCK column
170 million years ago, there was a supervolcano in Hong Kong, and many islands with hexagonal stones were born.

I saw this photo on the Internet and wanted to get to this place. Also, it didn’t work out to take a photo – we need a hot day and a drone. But I took other equally good pictures!

It was very dangerous – it was necessary to go down the gorge almost on a sheer cliff and climb to the neighboring cliff.
To be honest, it’s the most extreme thing I’ve ever done in my life. Although I skydived without an instructor.
The views were gorgeous.

The weather deteriorated sharply, it began to rain, and a lightning storm descended.
I went down and swam to the boat in the pouring rain. Fortunately, I was saved. The life jacket helped me a lot.

.
The weather improved quickly.
The second location of this trip is a cave on the Basalt  island  Fat Shek Chau 火石洲
We threw off the SUP boards from the boat and went for cave exploration.

.
Third location: Millioneir’s bay – Ma Tau Wan 馬頭環
We swam here for half an hour. I rescued the crab from the water and brought it to shore.

Then we went to the pier, passing beautiful places.
17:30 finished at Sai Kung public pier.
Thats it!
